These terms apply to any offer, discount, coupon, code, sale, percent off, monetary value off, clearance, buy 1 get 1 (collectively called “Offers”) that may be presented to the website visitor or customer (called “You”) at the time of purchase/checkout by Vidrumaclothing.com.

These Offers may or may not be available to You due to region, location, validity, cart value, line products, other offers, or any other reason that may be applicable at the moment.

These Offers are based on the decisions of the Management of Vidruma’s, and Vidruma’s may decide to extend, continue, close, shut, withdraw, or deny any offer to You and/or other visitors without informing You before any such decision is made.

Any Offers, including but not limited to Discount Codes offered, shall not be applicable and available for use on already discounted items or Sale items.

If You have purchased any product from Vidruma during these Offers, the sale will be considered full and final, and You will not be allowed to return or exchange the product(s).

If You are in the process of purchasing a product from Vidruma when the Offer was changed, You have the option to discontinue the purchase or purchase at the changed values if the value of products in Your cart changes.

If You have made a purchase from Vidruma without realizing that the Offer You wanted to avail was discontinued or changed, You can inform Vidruma within 24 hours of your purchase, and Vidruma may try to accommodate Your order in the Offer. However, it is entirely up to Vidruma’s to apply the Offer to Your purchase.

You can also ask for a refund within 12 hours of your purchase if the Offer has changed while you were making the purchase.

These Terms are subject to change without informing You. By making a purchase at Vidruma, You agree to accept these terms and conditions.

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

This variation occurs due to differences in monitor display settings and individual perception of colors. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the true color of the product.

Color Fastness in Hand-Dyed Garments

Our Some Products and other hand-dyed products are crafted using traditional techniques that do not involve chemical color binders. As a result:

• The colors may bleed, leave marks, or stain when exposed to water, sweat, or moisture, including rain.
• It is strongly recommended to keep these garments away from water and moisture at all times.
• Always opt for dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of the fabric and colors.

Please handle these garments with care to preserve their beauty and longevity.

Design Variations in Some Garments and Tie & Dye Garments

Important Note: 

Some Garments and Tie & Dye products are handmade, making each piece uniquely crafted. Variations in design, color, and tie patterns are inherent to the artisanal process. It is rare for two pieces to be identical in their exact design, color tone, or pattern.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept:

• Minor variations in design, color, and style as part of the handmade process.
• These variations are not grounds for disputes with payment processors or claims for returns based on design, color, or style differences.
