Shipping Policy

At Vidruma’s , we prioritize quick dispatch, and safe and on-time delivery of all our orders. We use the best courier services for all our orders worldwide.

We are associated with the reputed services for all our PAN India and international deliveries.

All orders within India are serviced by us Nominal cost. For orders from countries outside India, shipping charges may apply as mentioned during each purchase, based on the shipping address. In case you order from a country outside India. 

For multiple orders, if all items are shipped together, courier charges apply only once. If items are shipped separately, courier charges apply per shipment.

To ensure safe delivery of packages, we double-pack each item before final packaging.

All ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 7 working days of order and payment confirmation. Other orders will be shipped within 15 working days or as mentioned at the time of order. Shipping delays may occur due to customizations or force majeure events.

To help us deliver your order on time, please ensure that you provide a detailed shipping address with a pin/zip code and necessary contact information. A Telephone Number is required for international deliveries. All your information is stored as per the Privacy Policy of Vidruma’s will not be responsible for delivery failure or extra charges applied by the courier company in case of an incorrect delivery address. We will not bear any losses due to the loss of packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

Returns and Exchange

At Vidruma’s, we are committed to bringing beautiful clothing to our customers in premium quality and finishing. If you have any queries or are dissatisfied with any product bought online or made to order, you can contact us at vidrumaclothing@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

We strive to ensure perfect delivery of our customers’ orders, but certain variations might occur:

• Color variations: Colors might appear brighter in images than in reality, especially for products made of pure fabrics.
• Texture variations: The fabric’s texture may feel different physically compared to its visual appearance.
• Design variations: For all the products design may vary slightly from the image on the website. Each piece is handcrafted and picked for our valuable customers and unique. Please see our disclaimer before making a purchase decision.
• Embellishments: In all hand-embroidery work, sequins, gota patti, kundan, zardozi, and stones may come off slightly, which is unavoidable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product is received in a damaged condition, has a defect, or if the wrong product has been delivered:

• Contact us within 24 hours. We will check and respond as soon as possible.
• Do not return any product without confirmation from Vidruma’s , as we do not guarantee a refund or replacement otherwise.
• Retain all packaging materials and the invoice of the parcel.
• Provide complete details as modifications/alterations will be based on this information.
• Check the contents of the parcel. If the packaging appears tampered, accept the delivery only after mentioning a remark on the proof of delivery.
• If the wrong product has been delivered, we will replace it with the original or issue a refund once the returned goods are received in their original condition. We are not liable for replacements or refunds for damaged returns.
• Safe delivery of returned goods is the customer’s responsibility.
• If returned goods are found to be damaged by the customer, necessary alterations will be made at the customer’s expense. The cost of resending it to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
• Upon receiving returned goods, we will check for defects as mentioned by the customer and take immediate action to resolve the issues.
• In case of errors from Vidruma’s , the product will be altered if possible or replaced. If unavailable, the customer can choose a different product of the same price. We will bear the delivery cost.
• All charges for alterations/modifications due to mistakes from Vidruma’s will be covered by us.
• All shipping charges for deliveries/returns outside India are to be borne by the customer.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, we will issue a refund. No other refunds will be made.
• Vidruma’s is not responsible for any returns, replacements, alterations, or modifications.
